Linguine

A member of our branch in Italy made this sauce as part of a Relief Society couples dinner. He served it with mussels. I prefer to have it with sausage or chicken!

14 cup olive oil
1 large garlic clove
3 T. fresh parsley
Heat together until aroma is full.

Add and cook on hight for 10 minutes:
1 large can tomatoes

Add and simmer for 30 minutes;
1 tsp. basil
1 small can tomato paste
Serve over linguine.
