2 cans (15 ounces each) great northern beans, rinsed and drained
1 jar or 2 cups medium picante sauce
2 cups chicken stock, or bouillon dissolved in water
4 cups cubed cooked chicken
2 tsps. Cumin
Shredded Monterey Jack cheese
In a large saucepan, combine the beans, picante sauce, chicken and cumin. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat: cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese.
