1 box lemon cake mix
1 box instant lemon pudding
½ cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 10 ounce can 7-up
Make cake according to package directions
Topping:
2 cups coconut
1 ½ sticks butter
1 small can crushed pineapple with juice
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
Mix together and cook over medium heat 10-12 minutes. Let cool before spreading.
