Pauline gave me this recipe and it is so good.
3 to 4 boneless chicken breasts
3 Tbsp. flour
4 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sugar
½ tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. accent season salt
4 green onions, chopped
cashews
4 Tbsp. oil
In bowl, put all ingredients except nuts and onions. Mix well and marinate about 3 hours. Add oil to hot pan. Cook chicken quickly until tender, about 5 minutes. Add onions and nuts. Stir and remove from heat. Serve with steamed rice.
