Black Bottom Cupcakes


Top:
Pinch of salt
1/3 cup sugar
6 oz/ mini chocolate chips
1 egg
8 oz. softened cream cheese

Beat together salt, sugar, cream cheese and egg. Add choco. chips and set aside.

Bottom:
1 ½ cup flour
1 cup sugar
¼ cup cocoa
¼ tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/3 cup oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup water

Sift together dry ingredients. Add liquids. Pour into mini cupcake pan using the following proportions:
1 tsp. bottom mixture
½ tsp. top mixture.

Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Makes 4-6 dozen.
