Yesterday we had prepared the best barbeque ever to enjoy with family, friends, and our ward missionaries. The menu included Fajita Steak, Chili Lime Mango Chicken Skewers, Bacon Wrapped Teriyaki Chicken Skewers, Frog-Eye-Salad, Tossed Green Salad, Lime Cilantro Rice (minus the pineapple), Katherine's Limeade, Tania's Amazing Chicken Legs, Colombian Style Lentil Soup, and Tres-Leches Cupcakes. Oh so delicious!!
