Depending on what time you are going to eat your meal and the size of the turkey you will want to adjust your time schedule.

Turkey, unstuffed: allow about 1/2 hour less
By cooking it in a bag, the turkey will cook fast. For a 22 pound turkey cook it at 350 for 4 hours. For smaller turkey’s, look on the roasting bag box for cooking instructions. Keep basting your turkey every 30 minutes. Stick in a meat thermometer to check. It is done when it reaches 180 degrees. Allow it to rest for about 1 hour before slicing. It will continue to cook a little.
1. Make the stuffing
2. Stuff the turkey. Put any extra stuffing in a casserole dish to warm up later.
3. Put the turkey in the oven.
4. Serve and eat a simple breakfast of fruit, yogurt, or bagels. Turn on the parade!!
5. Mix up the roll dough and let rise. (or let rise Rhodes frozen dough, they are yummy too)
6. Make the gravy. I cheat and use a package mix. If doing fresh you’ll have to wait until the turkey is done.
7. Peel the potatoes. Prepare vegetables.
8. Set out a veggie tray or chips and dip for the hungry to munch on while they wait.
9. When you take out the turkey, put in the stuffing and yams. Remember the turkey should rest for 1 hour before carving it. The stuffing and yams should cook for one hour
10. Boil the potatoes for 20 to 25 minutes. When the stuffing and yams are done, bake the rolls while you finish making the mashed potatoes and other veggies.
11. Put all the food out.
12. Carve the turkey and serve immediately!
