Tammy taught me to make pie crust when we lived in Italy and I have been making lots of pies ever since.
2 cups flour
¾ cup butter flavored shortening
1 tsp. salt
1/3 cup cold milk
1 Tbsp. vinegar
blend flour, salt, and shortening with fork or a pastry blender works best until dough is in pea size shapes. Add vinegar to cold milk and then add to the flour mixture. Stir and divide into 2 parts. Roll out on floured surface and put into a pi shell.
