1 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
3 cups flour
1/2 cup raspberry jam
Glaze:
2 to 3 Tbsp. water
1 cup powdered sugar
Cream butter and sugar. Blend flour in, as you would pie crust. Sprinkle water over. Blend . Keep mist. Roll 1/3 of dough on flour surface. Roll into log on cookie sheet. With side of finger make a groove down the center. Roll in nuts. Place on un-greased cookie sheet. bake at 375 for 10 minutes. Fill with jam. Bake 10 minutes. While hot put on powdered sugar glaze.
