I could eat the whole thing!
1 8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
3 Tbsp. crushed pineapple
1 Tbsp. diced purple onions
3 oz. ham, turkey, or bacon is best
Blend with a little pineapple juice. Form into a ball. Chill then roll in chopped nuts. Serve with crackers.
