This is so delicious and so easy to make.
1 stick butter
16 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 butter flavored cake mix
cherries, opt.
Melt stick of butter in 9x13 pan. Cover with brown sugar, cherries and pineapple. Mix cake mix according to package directions and pour over other ingredients. Bake according to package directions. Let cake cool in pan five to ten minutes then inver onto large plate or pan. Top with whip cream or ice cream.
