Magic Mousse

1 6 oz. chocolate pudding
3 cups milk
1/2 cup powdered sugar
3 cups whipped cream or thawed cool whip

Make pudding using 3 cups milk. Put in fridge for 15 minutes. Stir in sugar. Fold in 2 cups whip cream. Pour into glasses. Top with dallop of cool whip and top with grated chocolate and toasted nuts.
